Implementation of Drug Free Workplace Program

The services provided by Drug Test Coordinators, Inc. (DTC, Inc.) will enable your company to establish and maintain a drug free workplace. The principals of DTC, Inc. have been coordinating the administration of drug free workplace programs for over nine years and have the knowledge and experience to assist you and your company in the implementation of a drug free workplace program.

1. Drug Free Workplace Substance Abuse Policy – We will develop a complete policy individualized for your company. This policy will be written to meet the needs of your company, and in accordance with Federal and State regulations. Each policy document will include: “Why the company established the policy,” “What precisely is expected of employees,” and “What the consequences are for policy violations.”
2. Implementation of Program – DTC, Inc. will work with your company to identify the most convenient collection site, or sites if needed. DTC, Inc. will establish the contact with each collection site and provide your company with customized Chain of Custody forms to be used by your company for each drug screen.
3. Start-Up Package – DTC, Inc. will provide your company with all of the materials needed for a drug free workplace. Included in this package will be:
   1. Drug Free Workplace Manual – To be used by management as a guide to the proper administration of the Drug Free Policy, procedures to follow for supervisors, forms to be completed after an accident and for reasonable cause, and recommendations on how to identify possible drug related problems in the workplace.
   2. Posters stating that your company is a Drug Free Workplace.
   3. Training material for employees and supervisors.
4. Power Point Presentation – Available for supervisors and employees. Presentation discusses the Drug Free Workplace Policy.
5. Drug Screen – DTC, Inc. will coordinate with your company, collection site, certified laboratory, and Medical Review Officer to ensure the integrity of each drug screen. The results of each screen will be relayed to only the authorized representative of your company.
6. Random Drug Screens – A program can be implemented to randomly test employees. DTC, Inc. will work with you to establish the criteria that is to be used to determine what portion of the employee population is to be tested and will use validated random selection procedures to identify the specific employees to be tested.
7. Itemized monthly invoice - no need to keep track of laboratory, collection site, Medical Review Officer's invoicing. DTC, Inc. will send you one monthly invoice.
